how long does it take for the UPS company to send next day shipping?
I ordered a dress last night on victoriassecret.com and i got next day shipping which cost me 40 extra dollars. I need it by tommorrow, thats why i got next day shipping. There is a huge snow storm where i live (buffalo, NY) and every flight is cancelled and every school is closed so would they still deliver it in time?

Not if they can't get there. Otherwise next day means next day.

if there are no planes and trucks delivering stuff how do you think the dress would get to you? by magic?

it is very possible you might NOT get it tomorrow then - you should be able to get a refund of those extra shipping charges if they DON'T deliver by Friday
