How long before the flight do we have to be at the airport for a domestic flight?
We're going from Buffalo to Ft. Lauderdale. Anyone know at what time to be there? Like 2 hours ahead, 3? The flight itself is at 6:45 AM.

A MINIMUM of one hour domestic and 2 hours foreign.. but if you stick to that 2 hour/3 hour schedule of yours you will never be left looking at the plane being pushed back from the gate.

I'd check with the airline itself as there seem to be many different answers here. It's usually around three hours for international and about half for domestic but now with the new screening processes involved it may take longer.
