cheapest site for flights to Australia from Toronto or buffalo?
im going to Australia at the end of January for 3 weeks.. but i need to find a cheap flight.. i noticed all the ones out of Toronto are about 2500$ Canada... and the ones out of buffalo are about 2200$ i live in Toronto and am willing to drive if i can get a cheap flight... does anyone know of any cheap sites i can get good deals? anything around 2000$ Canadian

are you sure its not going to cost you $300 to get to Buffalo with fuel, parking and other things like that? I would just take Air Canada at that price or look for something with AC for a bit cheaper. I am pretty sure that there is a flight from Toronto to Sydney via Vancouver but they are all in the same flight number. Otherwise you have to get out your passport twice before you leave the USA. However, go to a travel agent (in person) and see what they can do. If you can get to Honolulu on a budget airline (or an airline which is selling seats to HNL for a good price), then fly to Honolulu, then connect to the Australian budget airline 'Jetstar'. They offer fairly cheap prices from Honolulu to Sydney (and maybe Melbourne) from as little as $460 USD. They are not the most comfortable airline by far, but if you want to get there cheap, then cosider Jetstar...but you just have to get to HNL first. http://www.jetstar.com.au
